Cement
Engineered valve solutions tailored for critical Cement operating processes.
Alis Valves is a trusted Double Offset High Temperature Butterfly Valve Manufacturer India, offering high-performance butterfly valves engineered for elevated temperature and demanding industrial applications. Designed with a double offset disc geometry, these valves minimize seat wear, reduce operating torque, and provide dependable sealing under high-temperature conditions. They are ideal for steam, hot air, thermal oil, flue gas, power generation, petrochemical, steel, cement, and industrial process systems.
ALIS Valves offers Double Offset High Temperature Butterfly Valves for industrial applications requiring dependable flow isolation and control under elevated temperature conditions. These valves feature a double-offset disc and shaft arrangement in which the shaft is offset from the disc centre and the sealing axis, helping reduce friction between the disc and seat during operation. This design minimizes seat wear compared with conventional concentric butterfly valve arrangements and supports smoother opening and closing. Depending on the valve configuration, high-temperature seat materials, suitable body and disc alloys, and heat-resistant packing components can be selected to accommodate demanding thermal conditions. These valves can be equipped with manual gear operators or compatible pneumatic and electric actuators, depending on the required operating torque, control method and installation requirements.
Double Offset High Temperature Butterfly Valves are used in power generation plants, refineries, petrochemical facilities, industrial heating systems, thermal oil circuits, hot gas pipelines and other processes involving elevated temperatures. Depending on the specified materials, pressure rating and seat design, they can be selected for compatible liquids, gases and other process media within their rated operating limits. Important selection factors include maximum operating temperature, working pressure, valve size, process media, body and disc materials, seat construction, leakage requirements and operating torque. The suitability of the seat, packing and actuator must be verified against the actual process temperature and pressure conditions. For automated installations, actuator sizing and protection from excessive ambient heat should also be considered. Selecting the correct valve configuration helps support reliable operation, reduced sealing-surface wear and consistent flow isolation under specified high-temperature service conditions.
