Cement
Engineered valve solutions tailored for critical Cement operating processes.
Alis Valves is a trusted Electric Ceramic Butterfly Valve Manufacturer & Supplier in India, offering high-performance automated butterfly valves for abrasive, corrosive, and severe service applications. Equipped with a precision electric actuator and advanced ceramic-lined disc and seat, these valves provide accurate quarter-turn operation, exceptional wear resistance, reliable shut-off, and long service life for mining, cement, power generation, chemical processing, and bulk material handling industries.
ALIS Valves offers Electric Ceramic Butterfly Valves for industrial applications requiring automated flow control, abrasion resistance and reliable operation in demanding process environments. These valves combine a rotating butterfly disc with ceramic components incorporated into selected wetted or sealing areas, depending on the design. Ceramic materials offer high hardness and wear resistance, helping protect critical valve surfaces against erosion caused by abrasive particles and selected corrosive media. An electric actuator rotates the disc in response to control commands, enabling remote operation and integration with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCS) and other industrial automation platforms. Depending on the application, the valve body, ceramic grade, sealing arrangement and actuator configuration can be selected to meet the required process conditions, including suitable temperature and pressure limits.
Electric Ceramic Butterfly Valves are used in mining, mineral processing, cement production, chemical processing, power generation and other industrial systems that handle abrasive or wear-intensive process media. Depending on the valve construction and material compatibility, they may be suitable for selected slurries, particulate-laden fluids and other compatible process streams. Important selection factors include valve size, operating pressure, temperature, process media, particle size and hardness, ceramic material, sealing requirements, actuator torque and electrical supply specifications. Buyers should also consider the required control function, such as open-close operation or modulating flow control, along with control signal compatibility and actuator protection against the installation environment. Ceramic components can be sensitive to impact and thermal shock, so the complete valve assembly should be evaluated for the actual operating conditions. Selecting the appropriate valve and actuator configuration helps support automated operation, wear resistance and dependable performance within the specified service limits.
