Alis Valves is a trusted manufacturer of Electric Pinch Valves designed for automated flow control in slurry, abrasive, and corrosive applications. These valves operate using an electric actuator that compresses a flexible elastomer sleeve to regulate or shut off flow. With no direct contact between the process media and metal components, electric pinch valves ensure minimal wear, high reliability, and long service life in demanding industrial environments.

Frequently Ask Questions

An Electric Pinch Valve is an electrically actuated valve designed to control or shut off slurry, abrasive, corrosive, viscous and solid-laden media. It operates by compressing a flexible elastomer sleeve to regulate or stop the flow.
The elastomer sleeve is the primary wetted component, which helps protect the valve body and operating mechanism from direct exposure to abrasive slurry. This makes pinch valves particularly suitable for mining, mineral processing and other abrasive services.
The sleeve should be selected according to the chemical compatibility and mechanical conditions of the application. For abrasive slurry, abrasion-resistant rubber may be preferred, while EPDM, NBR or other elastomers may be selected for specific chemical or temperature requirements.
The electric actuator moves the valve's operating mechanism, which compresses the flexible sleeve. As the sleeve closes, the flow passage is progressively reduced until the valve reaches the closed position.
Yes. Pinch valves can be used for both on-off isolation and flow regulation. Special control-sleeve designs can provide a useful modulating range for slurry applications.
Alis Valves is an Electric Pinch Valve manufacturer and supplier in India, offering electrically actuated pinch valve solutions for slurry, abrasive, corrosive and solid-containing media used in mining, cement, chemical, wastewater and other industrial applications.
