Cement
Engineered valve solutions tailored for critical Cement operating processes.
Alis Valves is a trusted Electric 3 Way TC End Ball Valve Manufacturer in India, offering hygienic automated ball valves for flow diversion, mixing, and distribution in sanitary process systems. Designed with Tri-Clamp (TC) end connections and a high-performance electric actuator, these valves provide precise quarter-turn operation, leak-tight sealing, and contamination-free flow control for food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and cosmetic industries.
ALIS Valves offers Electric 3 Way TC End Ball Valves for hygienic process applications requiring automated flow diversion, mixing or distribution between multiple pipeline connections. These valves feature a three-port ball design that directs process media through selected flow paths according to the ball’s internal port configuration. Depending on whether the valve uses an L-port or T-port arrangement, it can divert flow between two outlets, select between two inlets or connect multiple ports for suitable mixing and distribution functions. The Tri-Clamp (TC) end connections are designed to connect with compatible sanitary fittings using clamps and gaskets, allowing convenient installation, disassembly and cleaning. An electric actuator rotates the ball according to control commands, supporting remote operation and integration with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other industrial automation systems. Stainless steel construction and suitable seat and gasket materials can be selected according to the required hygiene standards and process conditions.
Electric 3 Way TC End Ball Valves are used in food and beverage processing, dairy production, pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology, cosmetics and other sanitary fluid-handling systems. Depending on the valve materials, port configuration and operating ratings, they can be specified for compatible liquids and process fluids within their rated pressure and temperature limits. Important selection factors include valve size, Tri-Clamp connection dimensions, L-port or T-port design, stainless steel grade, seat and gasket materials, process media, operating pressure, temperature range and cleaning requirements. Buyers should also confirm the required flow path, actuator torque, electrical supply, control signal and whether the application requires simple switching or automated positioning. For hygienic installations, surface finish, cleanability and compatibility with cleaning-in-place (CIP) or sterilization procedures should be evaluated where applicable. Selecting the correct port arrangement and electric actuator helps support reliable flow diversion, sanitary operation and efficient automated process control.
