Cement
Engineered valve solutions tailored for critical Cement operating processes.
ALIS Valves offers Pneumatic Spherical Disc Butterfly Valves designed for automated flow isolation and control in industrial pipeline systems. Featuring a spherical-profile disc and pneumatic rotary actuator, these valves provide efficient quarter-turn operation with reliable positioning. Available with double-acting or spring-return actuator configurations, they can be equipped with solenoid valves, positioners, limit switches and air filter regulators for industrial automation. Suitable for water treatment, chemical processing, power generation, oil and gas and general process industries.
The Pneumatic Spherical Disc Butterfly Valve is designed for automated flow isolation and control in industrial pipeline systems. It features a spherical-profile disc operated by a pneumatic rotary actuator, providing smooth quarter-turn operation through compressed air. The valve is suitable for applications requiring reliable and efficient control of fluid flow in automated process installations.
The valve can be configured with double-acting or spring-return pneumatic actuators, depending on the operating requirements and desired fail-safe position. The actuator converts compressed-air energy into rotary motion, which operates the valve disc through the shaft assembly. For improved automation and monitoring, accessories such as solenoid valves, pneumatic positioners, limit switch boxes and air filter regulators can be incorporated.
Depending on the selected body construction, disc material and seat arrangement, these valves can be used in water treatment plants, chemical and petrochemical industries, power generation, oil and gas processing, cement plants and general industrial applications.
For proper valve selection, important factors include process fluid compatibility, valve size, operating pressure, temperature, differential pressure, required flow characteristics and actuator torque. The appropriate actuator configuration and control accessories should be selected according to the plant automation requirements and operating conditions.
